NEW YORK TIMES UNFOLDED
The "Wrapped" initiative at The New York Times, developed during Maker Week, introduces "New York Times Unfolded," a personalized subscriber "year in review." This collaborative effort, involving teams from design, engineering, and analytics, produced a comprehensive strategy proposal and executed the front-end design of a captivating UX/UI.
Role: Motion Designer

“Unfolded” presents custom statistics and user profiles, encouraging readers to associate with their unique archetypes. The project seeks to redefine news consumption, emphasizing the joy of engaging with quality journalism and our standalone products.

The primary objectives include increasing subscriber retention by reminding them of bundled subscription benefits, fostering brand awareness through a shareable product for potential readers, and providing a personalized experience beyond headlines.
